You can view your driver’s rating when requesting a ride, and they can see your rider rating as well. Rate your driver on a scale from 1 to 5 stars, with 5 representing exceptional service. Ratings of 3 stars or lower will prevent future pairings with that driver.

While adherence to local health guidelines is encouraged, we acknowledge varying comfort levels. You’re welcome to wear a mask during the ride if it enhances your sense of security. If experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, refrain from driving or taking a ride.
